Prepare a thin batter with gram flour and water. Don’t forget to heat ghee in a pan. Now, just fill the fryer or strainer with the batter up to the half.
Position it over the pan and drain boondis in hot ghee by hitting the strainer on the side of the pan, lifting up then hitting again.
You need to fry them into golden colour, durian and remove.
Now boil sugar and water to prepare sugar syrup and then add saffron water and color. You need to mix boondis, syrup, dry fruits and cardamom.
