How to Make Aloo Poha Recipe Within 20 Minutes?

Ingredients

2 cups Poha, 1 medium size potato, oil, 2 tbsp peanuts, Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves a sprig, Chana Dal, Urad dal, Chilli Powder, ½ cup water and Turmeric Powder.

Step 1

Firstly, take a poha in a bowl and add water, salt, ½ tsp sugar, ½ tsp turmeric. Mix it properly!

Step 2

Start heating oil in a kadai and add peanuts. Roast it well! Now, add mustard, chana dal, urad dal, hing and mix well. Fry it well!

Step 3

After this, add onions, curry leaves and green chilli. Mix salt and sugar along with turmeric. Start adding potatoes and chilli powder.

Step 4

Cover and simmer till potatoes are cooked. Roast potatoes until they turn golden. You can now add Poha, including coriander leaves and lemon juice.
