Finger-licking Kadai Paneer Recipe in Just 30 Minutes

Ingredients

1 cup Paneer, 2 Onion, 3 Tomatoes, 1 tablespoon Ginger, 1 Capsicum, 1 tablespoon coriander seeds powder, 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder, Kasoori methi, Coriander leaves chopped, and Red chilli powder.

Step 1

First is to heat oil in a Pan and temper with the coriander seeds. Now, add ginger and give a quick fry. Now, add chopped onions and green chillies.

Step 2

After this, add chopped tomatoes and the powders like chilli, coriander seeds, garam masala and turmeric. Make sure to try until the tomatoes turn gooey.

Step 3

Add the cubed capsicum and fry for 1 minute. You will notice there are no changes on the crunchiness and colour. Next is to add paneer cubes.

Step 4

You can now crush the kasoori methi before adding ½ cup water. Mix all the ingredients well! Now, add the chopped coriander leaves.

Step 5

Guess what??? Your Kadai Paneer is ready! You can eat it with normal roti or with jeera rice.
