Easy to Make ‘Paneer Bhurji’ Full of Flavour

Step 1

Heat some oil in a pan and add jeera.

Step 2

After a while, add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.

Step 3

Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Step 4

Add chopped tomatoes, boiled peas, chopped capsicum, turmeric, and salt. Let the tomatoes turn mushy.

Step 5

Then add red chilli powder, garam masala and kasuri methi. Mix well and cook for a while.

Step 6

Finally, add scrambled paneer and cook again.

Step 7

Sprinkle lemon juice and chopped coriander on the delicious paneer bhurji. Serve hot with roti.
