Easy Homemade Chicken Paratha Recipe: Pair it with Dahi Ka Raita

You need ingredients, like 1 Small Chopped onion, 250 gram Boneless chicken, 1 tsp Ginger and garlic paste, 1/2 tsp Cumin powder, 1/2 Salt, 1-2 tbsp Oil, etc.

Step 1

First is to cut chicken into small pieces and marinate it with other ingredients for 30 minutes only.

Next is to cook the chicken and shred it. Now, add the chopped onions, chilli and coriander.

Step 3

Take another bowl and add wheat flour, refined flour, water and salt. Kneed your dough till it forms a ball shape. Apply oil on the dough ball and let it rest.

Step 4

Divide the dough into equal but smaller balls. Roll two dough balls into a round paratha. Add chicken in one raw paratha. Place the other raw paratha on top of it.

Step 5

You can now seal the chicken stuffing inside and start cooking it on a Tawa. First, serve it to the one who has never tried it before.
