Dhaba Style Paneer Masala Curry Recipe in 30-Minutes

Ingredients

20 cubes paneer, chilli powder, garam masala, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tomato, 1 tsp kasuri methi, 2 pods cardamom, and 1 tsp cumin.

Step 1

Take a large kadai heat 2 tbsp ghee and 2 tbsp oil. Add 1 bay leaf, 2 pods cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon, 2 cloves and 1 tsp cumin.

Step 2

The next step is to add 1 onion and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Now, add spice powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder and ¾ tsp salt.

Step 3

Saute on a low flame and then, add 2 tomatoes and saute until tomatoes turn soft. Add ½ cup curd and ½ cup water or as required.

Step 4

After this, add fried paneer and mix well. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Now, add 1tsp kasuri methi, ¼tsp garam masala and 2 tbsp coriander. Mix it well!
