1 Banana, ½ Cup Soya Milk, Rock Sugar Powder—1 Tablespoon, Cardamom Powder—1 Tablespoon, Powdered Cloves and Cinnamon Powder—1 Pinch each.

Step 1

Grind together the banana, soy milk, and rock sugar.

Step 2

Make sure the puree is completely chunk-free.

Step 3

Blend the powders of cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom.

Step 4

To serve the mousse, garnish with slices of banana and chill for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
