Delicious ‘Achari Paneer’ Full of Flavour: Ready in 30 Minutes

Step 1

For the achari masala, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, and dry red chillies to the blender.

Step 2

Make a fine powder with it.

Step 3

Now, add tomatoes and bell peppers to the same jar. Make a fine puree.

Step 4

In a bowl, take fresh yoghurt and whisk it till smooth.

Step 5

Heat some oil in a pan and add hing and dry red chillies to it.

Step 6

After a while, add chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste. Saute well.

Step 7

Then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander, and cumin powder. Saute until the tomatoes are mushy.

Step 8

Add cashew powder and saute again.

Step 9

Reserve some achari masala and mix the rest in the pan. Stir well and add some besan.

Step 10

Now add the beaten curd while stirring the ingredients in the pan. Add salt as per your taste.

Step 11

Cook for a while, and then add paneer cubes.

Step 12

After 2-3 minutes, add fresh cream, kasuri methi, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Cook again for a while.

Step 13

Sprinkle some achari masala on top. Serve the delicious achari paneer with naan or rice.
