Bhel, Chutneys, Potato, Onion, Tomato, Kashmiri red chili, Ground cumin, and Chaat masala.

Step 1

Take a large bowl and add the following ingredients: veggies, onion, green chilies, chili powder, ground cumin, chaat masala and salt.

Step 2

Next is to add the chutneys and mix well. Now, stir in roasted peanuts, murmure, crushed papdi and sev. Mix everything well!

Step 3

After this, stir chopped cilantro and lemon/ lime juice. Mix it well again! You can now taste and adjust the seasonings accordingly.

Step 4

Finally! Delhi Style Veg Bhel Puri is ready. You can serve it with a papdi on the top.
