3 onions, 1–2 tbsp ajwain, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1 cup chickpea flour, 3–4 tbsp semolina/rawa, chilly powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, and oil for frying.
The first step is to slice onions and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Now, add ajwain seeds/carom seeds and chopped cilantro to it.
Now, add besan/chickpea flour, semolina, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Add a little water. After this heat oil in a fry.
After this, heat oil in a fry. Add spoonfuls of the batter and fry till they turn golden. You can now take them out onto a paper towel.
