2 Corn cobs, 1 Green chili, chopped finely, ¼ teaspoon Hing, 1 teaspoon Red chili powder, 1 cup Besan, ¾ teaspoon Salt, ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder, and Oil for deep frying.
Your first step is to heat the oil in a kadai or pan on medium heat for frying. And then take chopped corn in a wide bowl.
Add the following ingredients: salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and green chili. Use a spoon to mix all these items. Now, sprinkle half of the besan on the corn mixture.
Next is to add the remaining half besan and sprinkle water all over. Now, drop a tiny amount of batter in the oil.
Fry these items until it turns golden on a medium heat. Serve Corn Pakoda with Masala Chai or chutney.
