Wheat Flour - 2 Cup, Grated Cheese - 1 Cup, Green Chilli Chopped - ½ Tbs, Garlic - 2 Cloves, Red Chilli Powder - ½ Tbs, Cumin Powder - ½ Tbs, Ghee And Salt.
Put the wheat flour and a small amount of salt in a bowl.
Knead the mixture into a soft, pliable dough by gradually adding water.
Let the dough rest for fifteen to twenty minutes, covered with a damp cloth.
In a separate bowl, combine the grated cheese, minced or grated garlic, finely chopped green chillies, a dash of salt, and spices.
Lightly flatten the ball and sprinkle with a small amount of dry wheat flour. The dough should be rolled into a tiny disc.
In the centre of the rolled-out dough, place a spoonful of the prepared filling and gently fold the dough's edges over the filling to completely enclose it.
Roll the ball of filled dough gently into a round, flat paratha.
Add a little ghee or oil to a pan and heat it over medium heat. After the pan is heated, gently place the paratha that has been rolled out on it.
Cook until golden brown on the underside. After flipping, continue cooking the paratha until the other side is crispy and golden brown.
Make sure that the cheese on the paratha melts and becomes oozy. Serve the Paratha hot with some Achar.
