Boneless Chicken Breast, All-Purpose Flour, Cornflour, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprica Or Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper, Eggs, And Oil.

Dice the chicken breast without bones into small pieces.

Mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, onion, garlic, paprika, chilli powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

After dipping each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, evenly coat it in the flour mixture.

In a heavy-bottomed pan or deep fryer, heat the oil.

Coat the chicken pieces and fry them in hot oil. Using a slotted spoon, remove and place on paper towels to drain.

Serve hot, coupled with your preferred dipping sauce.
