Best-Ever Kulfi Recipe: Make it Within 30 Minutes

You need ingredients, such as 1-liter Full Fat Milk, 1/3 Cup Sugar, 8-10 Saffron strands, 1 tsp Cardamom Powder, ½ Cup Cream, and ½ Cup Nuts, chopped.

Step 1

First step is to boil milk in a heavy bottom pot. After boiling, lower the flame and keep on simmer.

Step 2

The second step is to stir constantly. Scrap the side and keep stirring till it reduces to half of its original quantity.

Step 3

Put some sugar and cook for 5 minutes. After this, switch off the flame.

Step 4

Mix the ingredients like cardamom powder, nuts and cream. Pour mixture in kulfi moulds and keep it in the freezer to set overnight.

Step 5

Rub your palms to get Kulfi out of the mould and then, garnish it with nuts and saffron strands.
