1 Raw mango, ¼ teaspoon Roasted cumin seeds powder, ¾ teaspoon Black salt, ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder, ¾ cup Sugar, and Cold water.

Step 1

Firstly, cut and wash the mango and then, use a pressure cooker for 4 whistles with a cup of water.

Step 2

After completing this, transfer to a mixing bowl and let it cool down. Now, remove and collect the pulp, discard the skin and any hard seed part.

Step 3

Add cold water, sugar, pepper powder, jeera powder, and black salt.

Step 4

The final step is to mix everything well, and transfer to a Jar and refrigerate it. Enjoy your Aam Panna drink!
