To make a light dough, combine mashed boiled potatoes, flour, and a basic seasoning. Add cheese or vegetables. Cut little buttons and deep-fry until golden brown.
After boiling some chopped onion, tomatoes, and a small amount of shredded cheese, combine the potatoes with your preferred salad dressing. Add salt and pepper for seasoning, then savour.

Add diced potatoes, chicken or vegetable broth, and sautéed onions and garlic in a pot. After the potatoes are soft, simmer them until the mixture is smooth. Add pepper and salt, stir, and serve.
