1 kg chicken, 1 large onion, 3 cloves of garlic, ginger, ½ cup chopped tomatoes, plain yogurt, ground black pepper, ground coriander, 3 tablespoon ghee, and ½ teaspoon salt.
Take a blender and peel and quarter the onion, garlic and ginger. Take a pan, heat a ghee, and add the bay leaves, cinnamon stick, cloves and cinnamon. Fry it properly!
Next is to add the onion paste and species. Stir well, and leave to cook for a further 30 seconds.
Time now to add chopped tomatoes and then, add chicken. Mix all these items properly! You can leave the chicken to cook until it releases all its liquid.
Chicken is dry now, so add the hot water and leave to cook for a further 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or coriander. Your Amritsari Chicken Masala is ready!
