4 Large eggs, 3 tbsp neutral oil, kosher salt, chopped cilantro, yellow onion, 3 garlic cloves, red chili powder or cayenne, black pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder.

Next is to heat the oil in a medium nonstick pan and add the onion and saute for 5 minutes. Now, add garlic, green chili, and remaining ¼ tsp salt.
After this, reduce the heat to low and add species like red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and turmeric. Stir for at least 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes after increasing the heat to medium-high and saute for 1 minute. Pour the whisked eggs into the onions. Your egg bhurji is ready!
