LIVE : JioPhone 2 Flash Sale On 16th Aug 12 PM.

Reliance Industries' (RIL) Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh D Ambani had announced the JioPhone 2 on 5 July this year and it will now be available for purchase on Jio.com from 16 August starting at 12 pm in a flash sale.

JioPhone 2 is priced at Rs 2,999 and comes with 2.4-inch QVGA display with a large QWERTY keyboard and a much bigger screen than the previous JioPhone.

Key features and specifications of JioPhone 2:

■ JioPhone 2 is powered with a 2.4 inch horizontal screen display, a full QWERTY keyboard and a four-way navigation pad.

■ Starting 15th August, JioPhone customers will be able to enjoy Facebook, YouTube and Google Maps.

■ WhatsApp will also be available on JioPhone devices soon.

■ JioPhone users are already enjoying free voice calls and a host of applications with premium content on the go such as JioTV, JioCinema, JioMusic and JioChat.

■ JioPhone2 has voice command features to make calls, send messages, search the internet, play music, watch videos and operate the entire suite of applications available on the JioPhone.

■ The latest model of JioPhone has 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage which is expandable upto 128GB using an external MicroSD card.

■ JioPhone2 features a 2MP rear camera and a VGA selfie camera. Other key features of the phone include dual-SIM, LTE, VoLTE, VoWi-Fi, FM, Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, and NFC. It is powered by a 2,000mAh battery.
