As today is the last day of the month, most of the campaigns will pause at night. Before the sale ends, shop as much as you can. Below are the recent changes that occurred during the day.

General Query From Customers 

Question 1 - Can we use any coupon code?

Answer - Yes. You can use any coupon code available on our partner site. Just remember not to apply any third-party coupon codes. Utilisation of a correct coupon code ensures proper validity & Cashback tracking process.

Also, in some of our stores, coupon application is mandatory, so remember to read all the T&Cs before you proceed shopping from any of the stores.  

Question 2 - My cashback is still not tracked it's been more than 2 days and the missing CB is also not showing kindly plz help me with that.

Answer - This query is from the store Xyxxcrew, which is offline. Here, To Claim Your Cashback, you need to Fill out the Cashback Claim Form (Within 24 hours only). Do not worry as Cashback will be credited to your Freekaamaal account within the next 2-3 business days. (Except Saturday and Sunday).

As the FKM summer sale was live from 24th March 2022, we were getting numerous sale counts, that is why the cashback credit process can be a bit slow. So, kindly cooperate. 

Question 3 - How to fill missing. I am not getting any form for filling missing.

Answer - This question is from the store Puresense, where the cashback tracking speed is 15 Minutes. As the store accepts the missing requests, you can fill up the missing form by visiting your cashback summary page. 

IMP:- Missing Cashback Tickets could be reported post 1 hour of making the transaction i.e.within 5 days or before the 4th of the next month whichever is earlier. Any support ticket/query reported before the mentioned time will be Rejected. Kindly Upload the screenshot with the Complete Order Date, Order ID & Order Amount.

Simple steps to follow:

• Go to your cashback summary page. 
• Click on the Report Missing Cashback tab.
• Enter all the details including the Name of the Store, click ID, Product Purchased, Date Of Transaction, Order Amount & Id, and a screenshot. 
• Click on submit button. 

Also, missing requests can only be raised in online stores. In offline ones, users are only required to fill the cashback claim form.
