Blend chopped onion, garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin, and turmeric with ground chicken and keep it aside.
Now, make a smooth dough by combining flour, water, and a small amount of salt in a big utensil. Give it a half-hour to rest.
Roll out the dough into thin circles by dividing it into small balls.
Put a dollop of the chicken mixture in the middle of every circle.
Using water to seal the edges, fold the dough into the shape of a half-moon. Watch as the momos take shape, their edges glistening with moisture, promising a burst of flavour with every bite.
After placing the momos in a steamer, cook them for 15 to 20 minutes or until they are thoroughly cooked.
Present the warm momos alongside the dipping sauce.
