I Ordered apparel from yebhi.com
But the size which I recieved was very small from which I have ordered..
And now the problem is that I can't even return or exchange it due to its return policy which they have it on their website

i received from yebhi color me perfume worth rs 844,pendrive of kingston rs 205,nike perfume and deo set worth rs 719 from yebhi...i had used gv of yebhi for purchasing it..its really nice and all are quality product..really was very happy seeing all my stuffs..one m,ore product i have ordered..waiting for it...yupie..so yebhi sents a good quality product.

Reverse Pickup

At Yebhi.com, we not only offer Free Shipping on most product, we also give you free returns. If you have a bought a product that you would like to return, you can book a reverse pickup using these easy steps :



1) Call us on 0124-4934650. Tell us your order number and request for a reverse pickup.

2) Depending on your location, your customer care officer would guide you on the various return options available to you. There can be three options

a. Reverse pickup through Blue Dart : If your pincode is only serviced by Blue Dart's reverse pickup location, then you would be given a code along with the phone number and address of the Blue dart office in your vicinity. You can call the blue dart office in your vicinity, tell them the code, and ask them to pick the product from your location. Alternatively, you can also visit their office and give them the package.

b. Reverse pickup through Fedex : If your pincode is only serviced by Fedex reverse pickup service, then you would be asked for your preferred pickup time and location. As per your instructions a request would be lodged with the Fedex system and accordingly a delivery person would visit your location at the given time to take the product.

c. No revere pickup service : If there is no reverse pickup service available at your location, you would be asked to ship the product back to us at your cost. However, you would be given a gift voucher of 100 rupees to compensate you for the cost incurred.



Note : All packages given to any courier service for returns, should be well packed by you to avoid any theft in transit. When you are returning the product yourself, we recommend you use a reputed courier service to send the package back to us.

you can return and if your required size available they will replaced with same otherwise you will get refund through voucher or in bank account.call them and return it...same happened with me i purchased bata shoe and size not fitted me but now it replaced.
