‘Nano short film competition’ has been launched by Tata Motors for cheering up the enthusiast film makers all over the globe. The participants who are short listed for the competition will be provided with a Tata Nano. This car has to be mandatorily featured in the films, they will shoot for the competition. There are no compulsions on using the car as the centre of the plot. The budding filmmakers have the freedom to create a film on their choice of topics. Tata Motors is an Indian auto major and is well known for providing consumer durable, easy to maintain and stylish cars, which are also easy on pocket.
In this contest only 12 participants will be shortlisted for the final round. These 12 candidates will have a chance to feature there films on YouTube. The most viewed two films will be declared as the winner of the contest and will receive exciting prices. In order to participate in this competition, please read the following instructions carefully and fill the form below:

• For successfully registering, you must first give us your basic details and a brief insight into your short film's story. It’s mandatory for the Tata Nano to feature in your short film. The Nano is not required to be the centre of the plot but has to be featured in the movie creatively. This will earn you your brownie points. This content will continue to remain your intellectual property and we assure full security for the same.
• Based on the entries received, we will select 12 who will then proceed to shoot their film.
• The 12 shortlisted candidates will be provided with a Tata Nano from Tata Motors for the shoot, as per the candidates requirement/subject to availability.
• Post selection, the participants will have 15 days to shoot and edit their film after which the car with be handed back to Tata Motors.
• The organizers will provide for 5 Hours of editing time at a studio for you to complete the post production. No other expenses towards the making of this film will be sponsored.
• All 12 films will be uploaded on YouTube and the 2 with maximum views will be declared as winners.
• While we encourage selected participants to make their short film at a minimal budget, it is however to be ensured that the camera and sound equipment being used is of basic standards so as to ensure a good quality output.
• Each entry could be from a single person or as a group
• Currently this competition is only open to participants from Mumbai and Bangalore.
• The last date for SUBISSION is ______26/6/12
• Post selection, the participants will have 15 days to shoot and edit their film.
