it happened to me also. When I contacted P&G through mail, I came to know that they sent my samples before 2 months itself. When I tracked my consignment no. the status was delivered. I called up Aramex customer care and filed a complaint. They said they will call back in a week but when I called up after waiting for 2 weeks, they said no such complaints and no such consignment no exists and I have to contact P&G only. They removed the consignment details available online also. I have been sending chains of mails to P&G but no reply yet. I am fed up now.

bas fir toh yeh samajh lo k jisko mil jaye wahi lucky 1 hai..odrwise itni multinational company se aise kam expect nhi kiya ja sakta ,,jo yeh P&G n courier service wale kar rahe hai..issse acha hai k limited logo ko apne products de.aise hi logo ka time waste kar rahe hai.......
