I cannot answer your query of how to track order, coz i never bothered to. But yes they did send me the blue dart courier ref number, which i used on blue dart website tracking page to track the consignment as they had delivered it to the security guard instead of my family member in chennai, so had to find out who had recieved it on our behalf.

so you can use the courier number to track.
