Terms and Conditions

1. You can send the e-cards between 21st December 2009 and January 15th 2010.
2. The user can send any card from any section.
3. The recipient of the card must click the link sent to him to be counted as a valid entry.
4. The recipient will get 5 days time to click the card after the competition ends i.e. up to 20th January, 2010.
5. Lucky winners will be selected by computerized draw of lot.
6. Prize money will be paid via Paypal.
7. SantaBanta.com reserves the right to alter the prize, contest or withdraw the contest.
8. SantaBanta.com holds the right to change/amend the rules of the contest at any time.
