Rank #1
Website: yebhi.com Items bought: Panasonic Lumix Digital Camera, Recharges, Offbeat Tshirt, Puma shoes, Puma Sandals, Set of 10 socks, Levis Grey Melange, Shoe Polish, Aiva Jewellery. Authenticity: 100% Genuine Products Pricing: Fairly Low all the time, purchases with coupon codes form one of the cheapest purchases online. Products Availability: All department of products nearly all, good amount of choices. Availability of all good brands. Payment Options: Payment gateway CC Avenue, fastest, safest , most diverse, covers all online payments. + COD Delivery Time: Dispatch in 2-3 working days in most cases, subjected to availability. Via bluedart mostly. Pros: Simple yet powerful interface, no false advertisement, cheap, fair, covers most departments, response via calls and mails, proper response system and lot more, could say everything. Cons: If I be too rude, site maintenance keeps the site nonfunctional (extremely rare), I cannot think of anything else... Rank #2 Website: Infibeam.com Items bought: Bajaj Oven toaster Grill [Cheapest Elsewhere] Few other small electronics and books. Authenticity: 100% again, some local goods available too, not falsely advertised ever! Pricing: If you do not wish to search for cheapest deals, sign in and buy, you will be somewhere close, no codes nothing, flat rate discounts, few keep coming on payment options like hdfc sbi icici etc, not to ignore they slash down the rates by 5- 10 % Products Availability: Superstore, with everything almost again. Payment Options: Credit Cards Debit Cards PayPal Net Banking - (All Major Indian Banks) Cash On Delivery, EMI on some aswell Delivery Time: Different for each product, good thing they mention in right away with each product on the page Pros: Cheap, diverse, fair, simple, authentic. Cons: Not too catchy as of now, they just keep it simple, could be a strategy of a dark horse. Rank #3 Website flipkart.com Items bought: Books (hundreds of them) and my all time favorite spectacles (lenskart) Authenticity: Always 100% Pricing: Cheapest mostly, one can buy blindly. Products Availability: Books and stationery is the best. Rest are comparable to some of the best in competition. Payment Options: Just about everything and wallet is a smart option. Delivery Time: Blink your eyes and they've sent it. (Of-course exaggerated) fastest as per my experience. Pros: Classic, They taught/inspired others for e business. Hands down they rule the book market , trying to expand, electronics and appliances are comparable again if not the best. Flyte for Mp3's is a new market line, not too successful now but a good initiative to kill piracy. Cons: No cons, Honestly, I do not see any. Rank #4 Website snapdeal.com Items bought: Some deodorants, books, headphones, and pendrive. Authenticity: Authentic always but certain brands listed are new and un-popular and have never had a market share. Pricing: Awesomely cheap sometimes, great for frequent visitors, rest are like fillers, they are just there, I guess no one would buy. Products Availability: The good ones are the ones with good deals, covers all departments but not all good brands. Payment Options: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Net Banking and Amex, Cod in select cities. Delivery Time: Reasonable to good, varies on the number of orders the handle. Pros: Never before deals at never before prices, Trustworthy, Fast stylish, knows it's niche market! Cons: Too penetrating advertisement strategy, sometimes misleading and unfair, like Rs 0 deals, referral links, automatic subscriptions to newsletters and annoying pop ups to sign in or signup. Thing I hate the most is the cookies saved automatically and trace of IP's. One needs to clear the cookies to handle multiple accounts. Rank #5 Website: greendust.com Items bought: Philips notebook headsets, pendrive and headphones Authenticity: Genuine always Pricing: Unmatched deals if you use the forever long existing coupons (New in to the market - Trying to develop a base, successfully ) Products Availability: Minimal overall, They know their market - electrical and electronics and they rule it! Be it with price or be it with number of options/choices. Payment Options: Gateway takes care of everything, all the popular ones Delivery Time: This shall disappoint, it takes long, be patient, they mention the expected time with the product, I do not know if they ever meet it. Pros: Niche marketing again, Cheapest electronics for most cases just use the coupons wisely. Cons: Sloowwww.... You have to be careful, read the product description too well before the purchase, it has refurbished items, make sure you do not wish to buy those. I wouldn't. For sure pick up any of the ones labeled as "surplus stock" Over and above the website reviews, I would like to share reviews of Top 4 products that I have bought as "Cheapest Elsewhere" And I had already posted reviews of the same - linked below. |
