i have redeemed my points A hp pendrive but snapdeal has cancelled this order................so i want my points back

(We have data available after verification from merchant end.) As you are our active fan enriching society by contributing in effective way and our valuable night moderator so we have processed gift more than the point you own. We didn't got any confirmation from snapdeal regarding cancellation of gift or money refund.
