Indiaplaza is good if the prize of your ordered item is not very high. I have bought 2 items on indiaplaza in the past and they were packed perfectly and delivered within 3-4 days! But both the items were of less than Rs.100 and most importanly, they were books (indiaplaza bookstore provides excellent and smooth service.) On facebook, indiaplaza has a page dedicated to customer service and that page has almost 90% negative reviews. U can check their customer service page on facebook. Its not that indiaplaza is a fraud site but their service sucks due to so many items on their site. so think before you buy. I would suggest you to buy from flipkart.
