I have been using Snap Deal for quite some time .... My first problem was when I ordered a pack of Ear Buds - They send a wrong parcel ... after few mails back and forth, they agreed to do reverse pick up and send me a new one. They never sent it ... when I asked about it, they said there's no stock, so will refund my money. That never happened .... I stopped buying from them for sometime ... then forgot about this incident completely.

Last week, I bought two coupons and when the trip was postponed, I asked if they have a cancellation policy for coupons. A customer service promptly replied that they would cancel the orders, or swap it for the offer I looking at in my place ... and the remaining money, would be refunded. I agreed, but nothing happened. After three days of waiting, I mailed them. Now, another representative said it was not possible ... I forwarded the mail I got from the other representative and they said, they can't do anything about the order ... but since I was promised, they would do what the representatives promised. Again, nothing. Third time, I mailed again ... they said .... they can't swap ... but can cancel the order and just refund 50 INR. I was super pizzed with the stupid service! I might never use this site!!
