I placed a order on 26-APR-2012 for AT trolley bag and received the product 30-APR-2012 with a nice packing.

This is my first experience with jabong which is really good.

When I placed the second order (# 120503469250115 ) and made online payment I haven’t got any update even after 2 days.
So never make pre-payment while ordering on jabaong.com it is good for COD</acronym>

yeah they don't update about anything,but don't worry they will deliver your stuff without any problem.my friend has made pre payment and received his product in 4 days,he got no email except for confirmation,but he did got a msg on mobile about shipping of stuff..
yet if there is a doubt, then cod is always an option.

its always better to order on COD

For unsucessful transaction, their refund process is not satisfactory. its more than 15days still they are giving answer as "we are checking where the amount is stalled, whether they have received the amount or it is with the ccavenue or it is with bank"

usually if the transfer is not sucessful, the back will credit back in 2 working days (from the experiences what i had) but they are not accepting it.

hope to get back the amount as soon as possible.

I have also bad experience on refund process.
I ordered kids sandals (size 5); instead they shipped me adult size 5.

I returned the product and customer care promised me that whole amount rs. 375 will be refunded.
But, only Rs. 300 was refunded to my account.
I called customer care and they told me that since you used a coupon, you'll only get 300.
False commitment made to me.

You've earned a bad name for yourself, What ever your business model is you'll be out of the market in the next 2 yrs....

Printbooth.in sucks. Never honour what they offer. A lot of time they say they dont have that product and try to sell you something even expensive.

I have read some more reviews and they do the same with everybody. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and i was under process untill yesterday. I had to call them everytime to chase them. First of all they said they couldnt find the product. After few days when I called them again they said to me that they have diapatched the product (total lie) through courier company which was last week. I know from experience it doesnt take long for courier company to deliver.

Finally when I cancelled girl over the phone didnt even try to find out what happened to the product because it was never been ordered or dispatched. They only want those customers who buy high value product and pay in advance not COD (Cash on delivery). I will recomment everyone to stay away from them. They are waste of time and could be one of the companies who keep your card details and sell it to someone.

I was completely dissappointed about the whole experience and will never even recommend anyone to use them at all.
