Dear Friends.. Use "Area" name in the field of city..
as the pincode is actually the areacode..
if you use howrah, kolkata, delhi.. this will match with correspondent pincode 711101, 700001, 110001, etc.
you have to use "shibpur" for howrah shibpur , pincode 711102.. and so on..
