Ref: FKM AWARDS 2012 INTRODUCTION THREAD

Hi,

Thanks to all the wonderful people out here to make this place feel like a home for all of us. Special thanks to all the users who have been helping FreeKaaMaal continuously to touch the heights. In a nutshell, to all those who have contributed in making the community a better place.

A few basic rules:

• One can nominate a maximum of 3 peoples per category. At-least one nomination for each title is made mandatory. [If someone don't want to participate in Nomination process, then he/she is free to opt out]
• Self nomination is not allowed. So, please refrain from it.
• You have to fill up your FreeKaaMaal user ID in the nomination form to become eligible for nomination.
• Sending Unique Confirmation code is mandatory. Nomination of those users will be treated as invalid who fails to send the code.
• The nominations stop on 6th August 2012 at 11.59 pm. No nominations thereafter would be counted.
• No campaigning for the awards but you're allowed to discuss here.
  
• Creating clones or fake nominations would be strictly handled. We can smell it at from miles away.
• If you want to discuss about categories you don't know about, you're free to discuss it here.
• Please don't nominate Administrator/Super Moderator/Moderators. In short forum staff members are not participating in FKM Award but yes they can nominate others.

PROCESS OF NOMINATION:

1. CLICK HERE TO FILL UP THE NOMINATION FORM
NOTE: In the nomination form, you'll find a box for 'Unique Confirmation Code'. In that box, you have to enter any unique code of your choice with minimum 4 characters using alphabets and numbers.
For Example: AA12, A521, 008A 125Z AAA8 etc.
Do remember this unique code because you have to Message the same to us for security purpose.



2. CLICK HERE TO SEND THE CONFIRMATION CODE
NOTE: Just type the unique confirmation code in the subject field along with 'DONE' in the body of the message and send it to us.



IMPORTANT: If you face any kind of issue in the process of nomination, then please post it here.

What if someone make spelling mistake or dint mentioned proper User ID

for eg: if someone mentioned LUCKY and there 5 names related to lucky

i.e lucky0733 , lucky0791 , luckychatterz , luckygirl , luckyrai

Then what will the further process will you verify from him or her .. or it will be considered as an invalid entry... I know there are very few chances of this ... But still there is a possibility

^^ The ID's should be entered correctly because this is the only base for us to categorize the users. In case if there is some minor mistake and also no close relationship between the ID's, we gonna find it out easily and will definitely consider them.
For ex: lucky733 instead of lucky 0733
Anyways you guys please try to enter the accurate ID's.

You can't do it in the form but there is another way to do so. Just type 3 beginning letters of user ID and auto search will start giving the suggestions. You can do it on buddy list page. Here's the link: http://freekaamaal.com/discuss/usercp.ph...=editlists
Another option is through advanced search page. You can search for the ID's by entering 3 letters in 'Search by Username' box: http://freekaamaal.com/discuss/search.php
Next is through Private Message option. Just type 3 letters in the 'Recipients' box and wait for suggestions: http://freekaamaal.com/discuss/private.php?action=send

Everyone is free to discuss about the nominees and can suggest some names here so that newbies find it helpful but don't let it look promotional. You can just share your views and you can also put the reason that why you're suggesting those names.
