Only the first entry will be taken as legit , and in case the users post 10 mins late than the prescribed 30 min interval that is 40 min interval than the next will be counted 30 mins after the post which posted 40 mins earlier

eg. if a user post at 6:35 instead of 6:25 than the next will be counted at 7:05 instead of 6:55
