I used all the vouchers on 25th june when they introduced the offer ...now they gave me Rs.301 on 2nd july...I used 159 today after seeing availability of credits..so the balance is Rs.142..

Frnds..Crazeal has not given you any credit..! In past when u tried to purchase applying crazeal code & your transaction got failed ..your credits at that time must have shown u 0 Rs. As there is problem in crazeal site. But in 7-10 days they will give your credit back. This is the credit which u have received back.

Even my credit showed that day only 352 but remaining 1100 was already in my account..but they got expired..
But whn i speak to customer care , he told me that u will get the credit in 7-10 working days..
Today my credit is 1452.
