I wanted to change the courier service provider from my account on Yebhi.com. Currently Yebhi ships my products through Aramex couriers which has the worst service. It mostly takes almost 8-10 days for the product to reach me after being dispatched by Yebhi. Is it possible for me to request change of courier company for my address?

The only option you have is to call Yebhi customer care just after placing an order and request them not to send your product by Aramex courier.

Aramex takes 4 days while bluedart takes only 1 day
no other complaint for aramex

Nowdays yebhi start there own services at my city ( Called Yebhi Express Shipping )

Aramex takes 4 days to deliver the product and Yebhi Express Delivered 2nd Day

No actually what happened is previously I ordered some products which was delivered to me in 4-5 days by Aramex so I didn't take it so seriously but my previous 3 purchases Aramex took almost 8-10 days to deliver the product which really disappointed me. So I just wanted to know is it possible to change courier company for my address so that all my future orders will be shipped by that courier. Will call them 2morrow to ask if that is possible

Request them and tell them that aramex provides worst service in your area, and request them to change the delivery partner for your city for all orders..

yes they do change , they called me and asked whether i received my product or not and after that they asked for next purchases by what courier you want us to ship..you can also call or mail them.
