Using tracking No. provided by shopclues on Blue Dart website, the status of my consignment was Contact Customer Care. So I wrote to Blue Dart and this was reply that I got from Blue Dart :-
Dear Customer,

Thank you for writing to us.
The package is held at the checkpost for invoice to clear through the octroi.The same was informed to the sender CLUES NETWORK PVT. LTD. and the package will be cleared and delivered accordingly once the required documents are recieved.Please contact the sender from your end as well to expedite the process.

I mailed Shopclues twice but still no reply from their side. Is anybody facing the same issue?

Did your package had invoice with it? I don't know why my product is delayed due to the invoice issue. Now will have to call and talk to Shopclues about this as there is no reply of mail from their side.
