PLEASE READ MY PREVIOUS POST I HAVE TOLD YOU I HAVE ORDERED ON MAY 30 2012 SHOES FROM YEBHI.COM BUT STILL IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TOLD ME TO SEND BANK DETAILS AND ALL THAT SUFF AND I ALREADY SENT TO THEM AND I GOT A MAIL FROM THEM WHICH I HAVE BELOW BUT TODAY WHEN I AM CALLING THEM UP IT IS A PAID CALL MONEY IS BEEN CHARGED AND A STD CALL THEY KEPT ME HOLD FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES THEN THEY ARE TELLING ME THE ORDER IS BEEN CANCELED AND I HAVE TO RETRY AND I TOLD THEM TO REFUND THE MONEY THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY HAVE TO CHECK WITH THE BILLING DEPARTMENT WHAT TO DO TELL ME EBAY IS BEST SITE THEY HAVE TOLL FREE NUMBER THE MONEY IS BEEN REFUNDED ALL THAT STUFF TELL ME WHAT TO DO I AM ATTACHING THE PROOF OF THE ORDER AND THE EMAIL TELL ME FKM MEMBERS WHAT TO DO GIVE ME JUSTICE OR ELSE I WILL NOT VISIT FKM ONCE AGAIN I WILL WITHDRAW FROM FKM.

I am also not getting my order. . . . . Placed 3 weeks ago. . . . Wasted nearly 100rs of talktime. . . .warned them if my order will not be dispatched till 26 july i will file a case against them in consumer forum.

u can talk with upper management of yebhi (demand to transfer the call) and solve this issue,scold them and told them if they will not take any action within 24 hours u will file FIR against them,as all needed proofs u already presented them.Hope it will surely worked for you as same happened with me,and i completely agree with that their CC number is not toll free n everytime we have to paid lots of charge,i already give them negative feedback n demand for toll free number...
i think we all FKMians have to demand for toll free number from yebhi
