•     A person sending a valid entry in the aforesaid manner shall hereinafter be referred to as "the Participant"..
•     Ambi Pur India makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize.
•     Ambi Pur India shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be incurred, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of using the prize.
