• Gillette India Limited (“GIL”) is conducting a contest called ‘Blade of Honour’. To participate in the Contest, Participant will submit a story of how someone has stood up for a women in need.
• This Contest is open for participation to residents of India aged above 18 years only.
• The Contest would be open from 25th Feb, 2013 till 31st March, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the “Term”).
• The employees of GIL, its employees, agents, distributors, dealers and their immediate families (including employees, agents, distributors, dealers and immediate families of its affiliate / group companies) are notentitled to take part in the promotion.
• By participating in this Contest, Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these T&C as stated herein. This Contest is subject to the laws of India, and is not offered outside of India.
• GIL may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Term, as it deems necessary.
• First 10,000 participants to submit stories on the tab will win Special Gillette Soldier Razors and Blade of Honour Certificates.
• The selected winning entrants names will be displayed on a ‘Winners Wall’ tab, within 5days of the end of the Term at 17:00hrs
• Winners need to send in their details as requested in the Winners Wall Tab to the email ID mentioned within 10 days.
• The decision of GIL shall be final and the Participants shall accept the decision as a binding one and shall in no event challenge the same.
• The winners will be notified with details on how to claim their prize. Only one attempt will be made to contact the winner on his/her mobile number or email id as provided for by the Participant. In the event of non-availability of the concerned winner, the Prize shall lapse.
• GIL and its agents shall be licensed to evaluate all submissions for the purposes of this Contest, including verification and as specified in these terms and conditions.
