    Offer is very good … but Tradus services sucks, i order one item on 15th , its ten days still not got the item, bloody they have not shipped the item even . no response from customer care as well.

    i am not worried about money, this is big company they send the item but always take so much of time and customer service also takes too much time to respond

      Tradus really sucks
      I made 3 orders to Gurgaon and they shipped all of them to Faridabad and then re routed to Gurgaon and then its status become delivered but I never got the products yet.
      Now today I got mail that my orders have been cancelled without stating any reason.

      Even they have customer care on email only which they reply only after 2 days.
      Com\e man they don’t have chat or telephone support in this modern world.

      TRADUS SUCKS…!!!!

    BEWARE OF TRADUS… guys a humble request. Tradus is the worst site to do online shopping , no matter what the offer is or what the discounts are. You can google and see , there are so many complaints against Tradus for products not delivered and money deducted. They are so cheeky they dont even respond to your mails and do not refund the users money. I have many friends who have experienced this . To add to the headache they dont even have a customer care number …cmmon which century are we living in. IBIBO should be sued . You should spread this word and please dont purchase anything … spread the word to your friends
