    I have recharged my DTH for 510. The amount not credited in my DTH account yet. No reply from their support. No one picking up their cell no 9999925342. any idea how to get back the money?

    Mobikwik.com are fraud people.
    Whenever you try to apply a coupon they will display a message that
    “Please make a transaction to apply this coupon”.
    And after transaction they show a message that “The coupon is Expired.”
    They confuse people by sending mail to few people in there database, so that other people try to follow & apply the same coupon.
    When we people make the transaction of good heavy amount like Rs 500, Rs 1000, Rs 1500, Rs 2000 just to get a cash back. we don’t get any cash back. Since coupon gets expired after transaction.
    And we can’t even ask for our cash back in our account since they say its a wallet policy that you will not get your money back into your account.

    And I am sure after my message there will be a guy from there fraud team thats gonna come up and praise them for there services. And going to say thats my individual problem with the website.
    But guys over here are sure to support me but not the FRAUD MOBIKWIK.COM TEAM.
